Tri Star Controls Ltd. prides itself on a strong safety program that protects our workers, our property and the public from accidents. Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company's overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, is necessary for the safety excellence we expect. Tri Star Controls Ltd.'s management supports the coordination and cooperation of all workers concerning safety on the job site. Management is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and requires that all employees participate in the company’s health and safety program. Management provides proper equipment, training and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and, wherever possible, improving safety measures. Employees have the right to work in a safe and healthy environment, at all times. An injury and accident-free workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control efforts, we can accomplish this.

We possess a current Certificate of Recognition (COR) through the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Our safety coordinator and managers have taken part in various safety courses within the ACSA, including Principles of Health and Safety Management, Leadership for Safety Excellence and Auditor Training.
